Horological workshops has been selling and repairing fine antique clocks and barometers for nearly 50 years. There’s not much about our business that is modern, but we still have to move with the times, and that means we have to have this document telling you when and why we collect your personal information and how we use it.
The short answer is, we only collect your name, address and phone number for the purposes of contacting you with regard to business you have with us, such as sales or repairs, and we don’t share that data with anyone else. Your details are securely stored at our premises and carefully destroyed once they no longer need to be retained for accountancy purposes.
If you would like to be notified if we have new stock that may interest you, we maintain a separate list for this purpose. We only add you to that list at your request, and you can ask to be removed from it at any time.
If you would like to check what information we hold about you, or you need us to update those details, or if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
